Commercial Casework Casestudies
CaseStudies
The proof is in the project
When Venatio steps in, things get done. Each case study below demonstrates the ways in which Venation maintains flexibility as needed to fit in just right, where clients need them the most.
Denton Cabinets
Denton Cabinets is a Northern Nevada based cabinet reseller. Denton contracts with Venatio for Submittal preparation for Multi-Family and Commercial projects.
WSP is an example of a Commercial project contracted to Venatio for a Submittal, which Denton then built as an order with Quadro to fulfill the cabinet requirements.
WSP Rec Wall is an example of a submittal-only need, where the contractor requested that Denton Cabinets provide drawings for architect approval. Denton Cabinets reached out to Venatio to supply them with a Submittal that the architect could review and approve, thereby allowing the production and installation of their decorative wall to begin.
Urban Complex
Urban Complex is a contractor that maintains a Quadro account, and leverages Venatio’s experience with submittals, filling an area otherwise requiring a dedicated team member.
When Urban Complex lands a project requiring commercial casework they contract with Venatio for a full set of drawings and hardware details. These documents are then submitted to the architect on the project for review and approval. If changes are needed Venatio makes the revisions and resubmits for approval. Having an approved submittal helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and ensures the end client gets what they’re expecting.
Additionally, Urban Complex contracts with Venatio to create the corresponding cabinet order within the contractor’s Quadro account. This not only saves Urban Complex time and money procuring the commercial casework needed to successfully complete their projects, it also lets them purchase direct, allowing them access to factory direct pricing with room for industry markup while remaining competitive.
Submittals
Porter Wood Products
Porter Wood Products, a manufacturer and installer of custom wood products including complete cabinetry, typically uses a dedicated team member for all their Submittals. Unfortunately, this team member became very ill and was hospitalized for a time. John Porter, a client of Quadro Cabinets reached out to Venatio to handle his drawing and submission needs until his team member recovered.
On the Brea UFC project, in addition to providing complete drawings, Venatio made sure Porters title page matched their internal branding, avoiding any disconnect or confusion as to who was officially submitting the drawings. Porter then directly built the corresponding order in their Quadro account along with custom items.
